GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By confirming your reservation, you accept our general terms and conditions.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES 

Check-in time is from 3:00 PM.

Check-out time is until 10:00.

RESERVATION CONDITIONS

Reservations for overnight stays in the accommodation are made via direct booking on the website (this also includes direct email, telephone, as well as the use of the online channel (Airbnb, Booking).

In any case, the guest undertakes to provide us with an active e-mail address or other contact information when submitting the reservation and authorizes us to use it for the purposes of notification and verification in connection with the reservation. In the event that the user is not reachable electronically or by phone or provides us with an incorrect or invalid e-mail address, we reserve the right to delete such a reservation within 24 hours. The reservation is confirmed by paying an advance payment of 50% or 100% of the amount of the pro forma invoice.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS

In case of payment of the advance payment within the agreed period, the reservation is considered confirmed. If the guest cancels the reservation in writing within the agreed period, he is entitled to a refund of the entire amount of the advance payment. In case the guest cancels the reservation after the cancellation period, the amount paid is retained. The reservation can be transferred to another person at the guest's request.

The guest can cancel the reservation without any cancellation fees up to 7 days before arrival. In case of cancellation within 7 days before arrival or in case of no-show, 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged. Cancellation must be in writing.

Payment is possible via payment order (UPN).

Early departure

If the guest leaves the accommodation early without prior notice (at least 7 days before the arrival date),we will charge 100% of the value of each unused night. The guest does not pay any fees for the remaining nights.

RIGHT TO REFUSAL AND CHANGE

We reserve the right to refuse a reservation and, in special circumstances, the right to cancel, adjust or change your arrangement. If we are forced to cancel, adjust or change a reservation, the guest will be offered an alternative date. RELAT S.P. is not liable for failure to fulfill its obligations due to force majeure.

TOURIST TAX

The price for accommodation is increased by the amount of the tourist tax, which is determined by the ordinance of the Municipality of Ig.

 

PRICES

Accommodation prices do not include value added tax (VAT) because we are not liable for VAT. The price is valid for the selected number of people, on the selected dates. Prices vary depending on supply and demand. The price itself includes fresh bed linen and towels. Cleaning is charged separately.

ADDITIONAL OFFER

All additional offers are only available upon request directly from the provider and subject to availability.

​

RULES OF STAY

Smoking is not allowed in the property. In case of smoking (regardless of the substance), a fee of EUR 200 per day will be added to your bill. Smoking is allowed on the terrace or surrounding grounds, with the request that you remove cigarette butts behind you.

In the event of major stains or damage to our property, you agree to pay a cleaning fee of at least EUR 50 or to pay the full cost of repairing/replacing the damaged equipment.

PARKING

Parking is available on the property for guests and is free of charge.

​

LOSS AND DAMAGE TO GUESTS' PROPERTY

Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged property or for injuries suffered by you or anyone in your party while staying on our property in the house or in the parking lot itself.

PETS

Pets are allowed upon prior notice and our agreement.

COMPLAINTS

If there are any defects in the house, the guest must immediately inform the owner and allow the maintenance staff to fix the problem within a reasonable time. If the guest does not comply with this, he is not entitled to change the duration of the accommodation or discounts for a worse stay.

ACCESS AND RIGHT OF ENTRY TO ACCOMMODATIONS

We reserve the right to enter the accommodation at a reasonable time and for justifiable reasons upon prior notice. Maintenance personnel may enter the house for justifiable reasons, in particular due to urgent maintenance work and inspections, upon prior notice; if the guest is not in the accommodation, entry is permitted accompanied by at least two people.

GIFT VOUCHERS

A gift voucher can be purchased by a natural person or a legal entity. The gift voucher can be paid by a payment order (UPN) to the company's current account. The gift voucher is valid until the specified date. In exceptional cases (injuries, pregnancy, etc.), the gift voucher can exceptionally be extended for another 4 months. Advance reservation of accommodation is mandatory. A copy of the gift voucher must be submitted when making a reservation, otherwise the reservation cannot be confirmed. The guest can cancel the reservation up to 7 days before arrival. In the event of cancellation within 7 days before arrival or in the event of no-show, the gift voucher is considered to have been cashed in. The cancellation must be in writing.

The gift certificate for the specified service can be used once.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The symbol, name and logo are the basic elements of the visual identity of the Apartment Rogatec brand.

Their use without the permission of the owner is not permitted.   

​

PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION 

When making a reservation via the reservation form or via e-mail, the guest allows RELAT S.P., to store and process the collection of collected personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act. The administrator of the collection may process personal data for the purpose of informing about the offer, services, news and changes of the Apartment Rogatec accommodation facility. The administrator undertakes not to forward the data to third parties. The administrator undertakes to process and protect the data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act.

APPLICABLE LAW

These general terms and conditions are governed by Slovenian law. The parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Slovenian courts.
